Commercial property valuation

Our RICS Registered Valuers provide RICS Red Book–compliant valuations for a wide range of purposes, including probate, matrimonial matters, financial reporting, and commercial decision-making.

Our valuation experience covers a broad spectrum of commercial property assets, including industrial, office, retail, and development land. We also provide Red Book valuations and expert witness reports relating to land used as part of electronic communications networks and land subject to claims under the Electronic Communications Code.

Land compensation

We have extensive experience in providing valuations of land and property subject to statutory claims by infrastructure providers. Such valuations are typically carried out on a compensatory or ‘no-scheme’ basis.

We have particular expertise in providing valuations of land to be acquired and used as part of electronic communications networks. Our valuers have an intimate knowledge of the Electronic Communications Code and the ‘no-network’ valuation regime that under pins it.

Negotiation support & dispute resolution

Valuation evidence is often central to negotiations, litigation, independent expert determination, and arbitration. We provide clear, robust valuation advice and independent expert witness reports to support dispute resolution, enabling clients to challenge assumptions and protect their commercial interests.

Where required, we work closely with legal advisers and other professionals to ensure valuation evidence is presented clearly, logically, and in compliance with relevant court practice directions, procedural rules, and RICS professional standards. Our structured, evidence-based approach is focused on achieving fair and commercially effective outcomes while minimising risk, uncertainty, and cost.
