Who we are
Loxley Maynard was originally founded to provide independent, expert property advice in the incredibly specialised telecommunications infrastructure sector. Based in the North East of England, we deliver national telecommunications infrastructure consultancy and now harness those specialist skills to provide services to the industrial, office, and retail sectors in the North of England.
Our team has extensive experience advising on complex commercial property matters, combining technical expertise with commercially focused, practical guidance. Our chartered surveyors have been working with legislation such as the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 and the Communications Act 2003 since 2011.
As a small consultancy, we place real value on building strong client relationships, offering direct access to experienced professionals, and advice that’s tailored to each individual instruction.
Professional standards & independence
Loxley Maynard is regulated by the Royal institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), ensuring our advice meets the highest professional and ethical standards.
Our chartered surveyors have been advising on complex commercial property matters since 2011, developing in-depth expertise in technical property issues, statutory frameworks, and commercial negotiation.
Independence sits at the heart of our approach. We act solely in our clients’ interests, providing objective advice that supports informed decision-making and enables clients to negotiate confidently with network operators and their appointed advisers.
Our approach
Complex commercial property issues can create uncertainty for land and property owners, business tenants and occupiers, developers, and investors. Our role is to simplify that complexity and help you strategise and move forward with clarity and confidence.
We combine detailed technical knowledge with a pragmatic, commercial mindset to deliver advice that is robust, practical, and aligned with real-world decision-making. Working closely with legal advisers and wider professional teams, we help clients understand risk, protect value, and plan strategically across their property portfolios.
As a surveying practice that regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, we are bound by strict professional and ethical standards, ensuring we provide independent, impartial, and objective advice at all times. Our focus is on delivering clear advice, strong outcomes, and strategies that support long-term asset and portfolio objectives.
